First National SFEDI Enterprise Trainers
SFEDI are pleased to announce our very first ‘Enterprise Trainer’ accreditations. Following a successful pilot by our Centre of Excellence in the East Midlands, EMQC, Susan Hallam and John Owens have become the first in the country to achieve the SFEDI/ILM Enterprise Trainer Award.
This new ILM
endorsed award has been developed to recognise skills
which include the design and delivery of training within a small enterprise
environment. The knowledge and understanding element of this award is based on
SFEDI National Occupational Standards for Business Support which ensures that
the successful candidate demonstrates their ability to engage with small
business owners.
