Professional and friendly, Tyro’s customer care team works to ensure that all clients have access throughout the year to training information, telephone booking systems, timely advice and legislative guidance
Tyro’s high standard of customer service was recognised in 2003 with the award of the Putting The Customer First quality kitemark.
Gold status indicates joint ILM/SFEDI Accredited Business Support Professionals.
Silver status indicates person is registered and working towards endorsement or accreditation
Bronze status indicates person has expressed interest in SFEDI accreditation but has not begun working towards it
